New Zealand Orders
Most of the resources we sell are hard copy. Regarding these hard copy resources:
- We sell these resources for delivery in New Zealand only. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to sell hard copy resources internationally.
- We send your order via courier (allowing us to track the delivery), and do not charge extra for courier costs.
Soft Copy resources
For soft copy resources:
- These will become available for download in PDF once payment has been made via the Stripe payment service.
- Please check your inbox for the email containing the PDF Download Link.
Order Quantity
Some hard copy resources have a minimum order quantity (e.g. 10) because it is not viable for us to sell certain resources individually.
Order Processing
We will process your order following payment in cleared funds.

Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards is important to us. Credit/Debit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Payments are securely processed using an SSL connection with 256-bit AES encryption.
The payment service used is Stripe, a leader in online payments which provides processing for many organisations. Information about Stripe's security policies can be viewed here.
